Simulación Discreta para el Proceso de Recolección de Órdenes de Pedido, Aplicado en un Centro de Distribución de Productos de Vidrio

En éste estudio el objetivo es mostrar de forma detallada el desarrollo y análisis de un modelo de simulación discreta. Desde la construcción del modelo conceptual, la programación, hasta lograr la validación. El modelo de simulación es aplicado para analizar el proceso de recolección de órdenes de pedido en un centro de distribución de vidrios para el sector automotriz. La simulación se realizó utilizando la metodología del profesor Antoni Guasch y el software Promodel. Este documento muestra la utilidad de la simulación como una herramienta para el análisis de los procesos logísticos y la ayuda en la toma de decisiones.
