The successful integration of the project management with change management processes adds value to companies, considering that the efforts of both specialties must be aligned in the achievement of common objectives, until the effectiveness of the entire system is improved. The objective of this article is to determine the level of involvement of change managers and project managers in the various life cycle management processes of projects developed in three companies, two of them belonging to the construction and construction sectors. another to the manufacturing sector. The article highlights management similarities and differences between change managers and project managers, recognizing that the former is recognized as less involved with cost control processes and acquisitions, with greater involvement in communications, and changes to the culture.
