Abstract

TiO2 powders were synthetized by sol gel process assisted by microwave; the synthesis was carried out during 3.5 min and 24 hours of aging. The titanium source was studied in the process synthesis, the materials obtained were chemical, optical and microstructural characterized. The particle size obtained was 500 nm in anatase phase.
